HR Force One takes the processing of your personal data seriously.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, i.e. the Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other regulation that might be relevant .
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the way in which HR Force One processes your personal data in general.
What is personal data?
Personal Data is all the information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
What personal data will HR Force One collect and for which purpose ?
HR Force One will collect your name and email address for the purpose of answering your requests.
How long will your personal data be kept by HR Force One?
HR Force One will keep your personal data only for one year. Once your request is processed HR Force One will delete/archive your personal data.
Will your personal data be kept within the European Economic Area (EEA) ?
Your personal data will only be sent outside the EEA if necessary. If it is necessary to send your personal data outside of the EEA, it will only be sent to countries having an adequacy decision from the European Union or proving that it can guarantee the same level of security as within the EEA.
What are your rights as a party involved?
HR Force One wants to ensure that you are fully aware of all your data protection rights.
Each user enjoys the following rights:
- Right of inspection – You have the right to ask HR Force One for a free copy of your personal data which will be processed.
- Right of rectification – You have the right to ask HR Force One to correct any information which you deem incorrect. You also have the right to ask us to complete any information you deem incomplete.
- Right to data erasure (« right to forgetfulness ») – You have the right to ask HR Force One to remove your personal data under certain conditions.
- Right to restrict processing – You have the right to request HR Force One to restrict the processing of your personal data, subject to certain conditions.
- Right of objection – You have the right, under certain conditions, to object to your personal data being processed if this procedure is based on the public interest or a legitimate interest.
- Right to transferability of data – You have the right to request that HR Force One transfers your personal data to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions
